Color: iron red

 

Composition: high chlorinated polyethylene resin, modified resin, plasticizer, iron oxide red, additives, solvents and other components.

 

Features: Excellent anti-rust, salt spray resistance and dry and wet performance, tough film, strong adhesion, fast drying, low temperature construction.

 

Design Uses: used in the chemical atmosphere, industrial atmosphere, acid, alkali, salt corrosion of various types of steel or concrete surface coating primer used.

 

Theoretical dosage: 200 g / m2

 

Film thickness: wet film: 170 microns, dry film: 45 microns

 

Painting method: brushing, roller coating, spraying

 

Drying time: 23 ± 2 ℃: dry 1 hour dry for 24 hours

 

Painting interval: 23 ± 2 ℃: the shortest 8 hours, up to 7 days.

 

Aging time: open evenly to stir

 

Paint Road: Recommended spray or brush 2 Road, dry film 80-90 micron Surface treatment: steel surface by shot blasting or sandblasting and other methods to achieve the Swedish standard Sa2.5 level, or manual and power tools in addition to Rust to Sweden derusting standard St3 level.
