Ingredients: Epoxy resin, heat-resistant epoxy phenolic resin, zinc oxide and a new anti-rust fillers, anti-rust additives, mixed solvents, special polyamide adducts made of curing agent made of two-component Epoxy anti-rust paint.
 
Features: The coating can produce stable complex with steel, with excellent temperature resistance, water resistance and anti-rust performance, salt spray resistance, resistance to dry and wet performance, resistance to cathodic protection electrode potential performance.
 
Design Uses: Widely used in large-scale steel structure, port facilities, bridges, steel chemical equipment, containers and other anti-corrosion primer.

Proportion: Primer: A component (paint): Component B (curing agent) = 25: 3.8 (weight ratio)
 
Topcoat: Component (paint): Part B (curing agent) = 25: 4 (weight ratio)
 
Aging time: 23 ± 2 ℃: A and B components after mixing to be cured after 25 minutes to use
 
28 ℃ above the A and B components after mixing to be cured after 15 minutes to use
 
Applicable period: 23 ± 2 ℃: less than 5 hours; greater than 30 ℃: less than 3 hours.
 
Drying time: 23 ± 2 ℃: dry surface ≤ 2 hours hard work ≤ 24 hours fully cured 7 days
 
Painting interval: the shortest 24 hours, up to 7 days.
 
Painting Road: Recommended 2 Road, dry film thickness of 100 microns.
 
Surface treatment: Primer: steel surface should be no oil, floating ash, water rusty rust and so on.
