Composition: composed of epoxy resin, coloring pigments, conductive auxiliaries, physical pigments, solvents, curing agents and other components. Sub-A, B two-component packaging.

 

Features: The paint has excellent resistance to chemical corrosion and electrostatic conductivity, excellent resistance to diesel, kerosene, oil and other properties, and easy to tank cleaning, strong adhesion, good wear resistance.

 

Design purpose: suitable for loading gasoline, diesel, kerosene, oil cabin and storage tank corrosion and protection.

 

Theoretical dosage: primer: 260 g / m2, topcoat: 220 g / m2

 

Painting method: spray, brush, roller coating

 

Ingredients: A component (paint): B component (curing agent) = 100: 15-20 (weight ratio)

 

Aging time: 23 ± 2 ℃: A and B components after mixing to be cured after 30 minutes to use

 

Drying time: 23 ± 2 ℃: dry surface ≤ 4 hours hard work ≤ 24 hours fully cured 7 days.

 

Coating interval: 23 ± 2 ℃: the shortest 24 hours, up to 7 days.

 

Applicable period: 23 ± 2 ℃: 6 hours running out.

 

Surface treatment: 1, cabin and tank assembly, the overall derusting rust to achieve the Swedish standard Sa2.5 level, the overall coating.
