Composition: Epoxy resin as the base material, glass flake and a new anti-rust fillers, anti-rust additives, mixed solvents made of polyamide resin as a curing agent from the preparation of two-component epoxy anti-rust paint.

 

Features: The paint film hard, impact resistance, adhesion, good wear resistance with excellent water resistance and chemical resistance, high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance.

 

Design purposes: for steel components, ships, marine engineering and other heavy steel and steel, concrete surface can also be used for the middle paint.

 

Theoretical dosage: 380 g / m2

 

Painting method: brush, roller coating

 

Proportion: A component (paint): B component (curing agent) = 6: 1 (weight ratio)

 

Aging time: 23 ± 2 ℃: A and B components after mixing to be cured after 30 minutes to use

 

Applicable period: 23 ± 2 ℃: less than 6 hours

 

Drying time: 23 ± 2 ℃: dry surface ≤ 4 hours hard work ≤ 24 hours fully cured 7 days

 

Painting interval: the shortest 5 hours, up to 3 days.

 

Painting Road: Recommended high-pressure spray 2, dry film thickness of 250-300 microns.

 

Surface treatment: coated with a primer in the workshop will need two rust, to Sweden derusting standard St3 level; painted in the zinc-rich primer paint, should remove the thin rust, grease, dust and other impurities.
