H53-5 epoxy red red rust primer (two-component)

 

Color: orange

 

Composition: from epoxy resin, red Dan powder, filler, rust paint, anti-rust additives and other components to polyamide resin as a curing agent, sub-A, B two-component packaging.

 

Features: The paint film dry quickly, water, moisture, with excellent anti-rust performance; the metal surface has excellent wetting, film after the high mechanical strength, strong adhesion.

 

Design Uses: Suitable for steel surfaces with strong anti-rust performance, such as gas cabinets, all kinds of storage tanks, underwater steel structures, underground pipes, marine mine steel structures and industrial plant equipment for rust-proof primer.

 

Theoretical dosage: 200-250 g / m2

 

Painting method: brushing, roller coating, spraying

 

Ingredients: A component (paint): B component (curing agent) = 100: 10-16 (weight ratio) Note: the use of the former component of a complete mixing after the preparation

 

Aging time: 23 ± 2 ℃: A and B components after mixing to be cured after 25 minutes to use

 

Applicable period: 23 ± 2 ℃: less than 4 hours

 

Drying time: 23 ± 2 ℃: dry 4 hours dry 24 hours after the full curing 7 days

 

Painting interval: the shortest 6 hours, up to 5 days.

 

Painting Road: Recommended 2 Road, dry film thickness of 50-60 microns.

 

Surface treatment: the surface of the steel components shot blasting or sandblasting, to Sweden derusting standard Sa2.5 level, or manual power tool derusting St3 level. Steel surface should be rust, degreasing, no dust, no water stains.

 

After the road supporting: epoxy thick paste finish, chlorosulfonated polyethylene coating, chlorinated rubber coatings, acrylic topcoat, polyurethane topcoat, acrylic polyurethane finish and so on.

 

Diluent: X-7 epoxy diluent dosage 5-15%

 

Shelf life: twelve months
