Composition: Epoxy resin as the base material, high light fastness and color filler, anti-settling agent, dispersant, mixed solvent prepared from polyamide resin as a curing agent prepared by the two-component epoxy anti-corrosion paint.

 

Features: The paint film hard, with excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance, good chemical stability, thermal stability.

 

Designed for use in steel components and topcoats for high performance coatings

 

Theoretical dosage: 260 g / m2

 

Painting method: spray, brush, roller coating

 

Ingredients: A component (paint): B component (curing agent) = 5: 1 (weight ratio)

 

Aging time: 23 ± 2 ℃: A and B components after mixing to be cured after 30 minutes to use

 

Applicable period: 23 ± 2 ℃: less than 6 hours

 

Drying time: 23 ± 2 ℃: dry surface ≤ 4 hours hard work ≤ 24 hours fully cured 7 days

 

Painting interval: the shortest 5 hours, up to 3 days.

 

Painting Road: Recommended high-pressure spray 2, dry film thickness of 140-200 microns.

 

Before the road supporting: epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy iron red primer, inorganic zinc-rich primer, epoxy cloud iron intermediate paint, epoxy glass scale anti-corrosion paint.

 

Diluent: X-7 epoxy diluent dosage 5-15%

 

Shelf life: twelve months
