Composition: Epoxy resin, iron oxide red and new anti-rust paint, anti-rust additives, mixed solvents, polyamide adducts for the curing agent from the preparation of epoxy anti-rust paint. Sub-A, B two-component packaging

 

Features: The paint film hard, wear-resistant adhesion, with excellent water resistance and anti-rust performance, fast drying, coating mechanical and mechanical properties of excellent, with all types of primer supporting the use.

 

Design Uses: Suitable for bridge, steel structure, petrochemical refining equipment and other metal or non-ferrous metal surface for anti-corrosion primer coating.

 

Theoretical dosage: 120-160 g / m2

 

Painting method: brushing, roller coating, spraying

 

Proportion: A component (paint): B component (curing agent) = 6: 1 (weight ratio)

 

Aging time: 23 ± 2 ℃: A and B components after mixing to be cured after 25 minutes to use

 

Applicable period: 23 ± 2 ℃: less than 4 hours

 

Drying time: 23 ± 2 ℃: dry surface ≤ 2 hours hard work ≤ 24 hours fully cured 7 days

 

Painting interval: the shortest 24 hours, the longest limit

 

Painting Road: Recommended 2 Road, dry film thickness of 100 microns

 

Surface treatment: steel surface by shot blasting or sandblasting, remove the scale, rust, to meet the Swedish rust standard Sa2.5 level, or manual derusting St3

 

After the road supporting: epoxy paint, chlorosulfonated polyethylene paint, chlorinated rubber coatings, alkyd paint, etc.

 

Diluent: X-7 epoxy diluent dosage 5-15%
