H06-1 epoxy zinc-rich primer (two-component)
Color: Gray
Composition: Epoxy resin, ultra-fine zinc powder, thickener solvent and other components, the use of polyamide resin as curing agent. Sub-A, B two-component packaging.
Features: The film contains a lot of zinc powder, with cathodic protection, with excellent anti-rust performance, excellent adhesion, oil, water resistance is good, fast drying. Can be used with most of the high-performance anti-rust paint and finish.
Designed for use in the construction of the shipbuilding steel plate shot blasting or sandblasting after the maintenance of the primer, the ship can be parts, bridges, towers, docks, marine steel and other steel structure of the anti-rust paint.

Theoretical dosage: 250 g / m2
Painting method: brushing, roller coating, spraying
Ingredients: A component (paint): B component (curing agent) = 10: 1 (weight ratio)
Aging time: 23 ± 2 ℃: A and B components after mixing to be cured after 25 minutes before use, curing process to be constantly stirring
Applicable period: 23 ± 2 ℃, less than 8 hours
Drying time: 23 ± 2 ℃: dry surface ≤ 0.5 hours hard work ≤ 24 hours fully cured 7 days
Coating interval: 23 ± 2 ℃: the shortest 24 hours, up to 7 days
Painting Road: Recommended high-pressure airless spray 1, dry film up to 35-50 microns.
Surface treatment: 1, the steel surface by shot blasting or sandblasting and other methods to deal with the Swedish standard Sa2.5 level, or manual derusting St3 level, or by pickling method for processing
After the road supporting: epoxy paint, epoxy asphalt coating, chlorinated rubber coatings, acrylic resin coatings, polyurethane coatings, chlorosulfonated polyethylene coatings, high chlorinated polyethylene coatings.
Diluent: X-7 epoxy diluent theoretical dosage of 5-15%, can also be adjusted according to their own appropriate viscosity
