S61-40 polyurethane heat-resistant coating (bottom / finish, two-component)

 

Color: Primer: iron red, topcoat: colored

 

Ingredients: from the hydroxy acrylic resin, polyisocyanate resin, catalyst, heat agent, pigments and fillers, solvents, etc. made of two-component heat-resistant anti-corrosion bottom paint.

 

Features: resistant to chemical corrosion, wear resistance, good toughness, high insulation properties, temperature (160 ℃), can be cured at room temperature, and inorganic zinc-rich primer has a good supporting and binding force.

 

Design Uses: Suitable for steam, chemical and other heating network and the use of temperature at 160 ℃ under the conditions of the steel structure for corrosion.

 

Theoretical dosage: Primer: 130 g / m2; Topcoat: 150 g / m2

 

Painting method: spray, brush, roller coating

 

Proportion: Group A: Part B = 4: 1 (by weight)

 

Maturation time: After thorough mixing for 15 minutes.

 

Dry film thickness: primer: 30 microns, finish: 30 microns

 

Drying time: 23 ± 2 ℃: Table dry 2 hours 24 hours after curing 12 days

 

Coating interval: 23 ± 2 ℃: the shortest 8 hours

 

Painting Road: Recommended 2-3 Road, dry film thickness of 120 microns.

 

Surface treatment: the surface of the steel components shot blasting or sandblasting, to Sweden derusting standard Sa2.5 level, or manual power tool derusting St3 level.

 

Diluent: X-10 Polyurethane coating special diluent dosage 5%
