Composition: Two-component coatings made from hydroxyl-containing resins, polyisocyanate prepolymers, mica iron oxide, rust-proof pigments, fillers, additives, solvents and the like.

 

Features: The film has excellent water resistance and anti-rust performance, good shielding, the film hard, wear, strong adhesion, fast drying, oil and other characteristics, and the end, the finish has a good layer of adhesion.

 

Design Uses: Suitable for polyurethane coating supporting system of anti-corrosion intermediate coating.

 

Theoretical dosage: 200-250 g / m2

 

 

Painting method: spray, brush

 

Proportion: Group A: Part B = 4: 1 (by weight)

 

Aging time: After 20 minutes of aging.

 

Applicable period: 23 ± 2 ℃: 4 hours

 

Film thickness: wet film: 102 microns, dry film 50 microns

 

Drying time: 23 ± 2 ℃: Table dry 2 hours 24 hours after curing 12 days

 

Painting interval: the shortest 24 hours, up to 2 days.

 

Painting Road: Recommended 2 Road, dry film thickness of 60-80 microns.

 

Surface treatment: remove the primer surface of the oil and impurities.

 

Before the road supporting: polyurethane iron red primer, polyurethane cloud iron anti-rust paint, epoxy zinc-rich primer, inorganic zinc-rich primer.

 

After the road supporting: polyurethane oil finish, polyurethane anti-corrosion finish paint.

 

Diluent: X-10 Polyurethane coating special diluent dosage 5%

 

Storage period: 6 months
