Composition: composed of hydroxyl-containing resin, polyisocyanate prepolymer, ultra-fine metal zinc powder, special anti-rust paint, fillers, solvents, etc. made of three-component coating.

 

Features: The film has excellent water resistance and anti-rust performance, the film hard, wear, strong adhesion, fast drying, oil and other characteristics, the performance of the paint and epoxy zinc-rich paint anti-corrosion effect of rust.

 

Design Uses: suitable for marine engineering, steel structure buried pipeline, gas storage, oil and other equipment, heavy anti-corrosion rust primer.

 

Theoretical dosage: 200-220 g / m2

Painting method: spray, brush

 

Ingredients: Group A (base): Group B (curing agent): C component (zinc powder) = 20: 20: 60 (weight ratio)

 

Aging time: fully stirred after aging 15-20 minutes.

 

Applicable period: 23 ± 2 ℃: 4 hours

 

Film thickness: wet film: 102 microns, dry film: 50 microns

 

Drying time: 23 ± 2 ℃: Table dry 2 hours 24 hours after curing 12 days

 

Painting interval: the shortest 24 hours, up to 2 days.

 

Surface treatment: the surface of the steel components shot blasting or sandblasting, to Sweden derusting standard Sa2.5 level, or manual power tool derusting St3 level.

 

After the road supporting: polyurethane cloud iron intermediate paint, polyurethane anti-corrosion finish paint.

 

Diluent: X-10 Polyurethane coating special diluent dosage 5%
