S53-81 Polyurethane iron red anti-rust primer (two-component)

 

Composition: Two-component coatings made from hydroxyl-containing resins, polyisocyanate prepolymers, rust-proof pigments, fillers, solvents and the like.

 

Features: The film has excellent water resistance and anti-rust performance, the film hard, wear, strong adhesion, fast drying, oil and other characteristics.

 

Design Uses: Suitable for metal products, steel structure, bridges, tanks, oil tanks, aluminum alloy surface and concrete surface for anti-rust primer.

 

Theoretical dosage: 145 grams / square meter

 

Proportion: Group A: Part B = 4: 1 (weight ratio) can be adjusted according to the situation, pay attention to the factory ratio

 

Aging time: After 20 minutes of aging.

 

Applicable period: 23 ± 2 ℃: 4 hours

 

Film thickness: wet film: 105 microns, dry film: 50 microns

 

Drying time: 23 ± 2 ℃: dry 1 hour dry for 24 hours fully cured 7 days

 

Painting interval: the shortest 24 hours, up to 2 days.

 

Painting Road: Recommended 2, dry film thickness of 60-70 microns.

 

Surface treatment: the surface of the steel components shot blasting or sandblasting, to Sweden derusting standard Sa2.5 level, or manual power tool derusting St3 level.

 

After the road supporting: polyurethane cloud iron intermediate paint, polyurethane anti-corrosion finish paint.

 

Diluent: X-10 Polyurethane coating special diluent dosage 5%

 

Storage period: 6 months
