Color: iron red

 

Composition: from chlorinated rubber, plasticizer, iron oxide red, additives, solvents and other components.

 

Features: Good water resistance, alkali, salt spray, dry and wet alternating performance, tough film, good sealing, dry film fast, strong adhesion between the layers, with excellent anti-rust effect.

 

Design purposes: as the bottom of the ship, waterline, hull, sea construction, bridge tower, port machinery, water concrete steel gate and other anti-corrosion purposes.

 

Theoretical dosage: 260-290 g / m2

 

Wet film thickness: 200-220 microns

 

Dry film thickness: 60-70 microns

 

Aging time: open evenly to stir

 

Painting method: brushing, roller coating, spraying

 

Drying time: 23 ± 2 ℃: table dry less than 2 hours, hard work: less than 8 hours.

 

Painting interval: 0 ℃: the shortest 24 hours, the longest limit; 20 ℃ minimum 8 hours, the longest limit; 30 ℃: the shortest 6 hours, the longest limit.

 

Surface treatment: such as straight on the steel, the steel components on the surface shot blasting or sandblasting, to Sweden derusting standard Sa2.5 level, or manual power tools derusting St3 level, the former paint if long exposed Contaminated environment, brushing the application of high pressure fresh water after washing and remove all the oil on the paint and impurities, and so completely dry and then painted.
