Color: Primer: iron red, finish: colored

Designed for use in blast furnace hot air outer walls and chimneys, flue, bake, exhaust pipes, high temperature hot air pipes, heating furnaces and other metal surfaces requiring high temperature corrosion protection equipment.
 
Theoretical dosage: 120-180 g / m2
 
Painting method: spray, brush, roller coating
 
Ingredients: Group A: Group B = 100: 2.2 (weight ratio)
 
Aging time: stir evenly to use
 
Applicable period: 25 ± 2 ℃: 8 hours
 
Wet film thickness: 65-75 microns
 
Dry film thickness: 20-25 microns
 
Drying time: 23 ± 2 ℃: Table dry 2 hours 24 hours after curing 12 days
 
Painting interval: the shortest 24 hours, the maximum is not limited.
 
Painting Road: Recommended 2, dry film thickness of 40-50 microns.
 
Surface treatment: the surface of the steel components shot blasting or sandblasting, to Sweden derusting standard Sa2.5 level, or manual power tool derusting St3 level. Steel surface should be rust, degreasing, no dust, no water stains.
