E06-1 inorganic zinc-rich primer (two-component)

 

Color: Gray

 

Ingredients: Zinc powder, ethyl silicate as the main raw material, plus polymer compounds, thickeners, fillers, additives, solvents and other components, sub-B two-component packaging.

 

Features: The coating of zinc powder content is high, with excellent cathodic protection; excellent weather resistance, can withstand long-term wind erosion, oil resistance prominent.

 

Uses: as a general-purpose anti-rust primer, but also as a separate anti-corrosion paint

 

Proportion: A component (paint): Group B (zinc powder) = 1: 2.2-2.4 (weight ratio)

 

Theoretical dosage: 300-350 grams / square meter

 

Film thickness: wet film: 160-180 microns, dry film: 80-90 microns

 

Aging time: 23 ± 2 ℃: 0.5-1 hours

 

Applicable period: 23 ± 2 ℃: 5 hours

 

Drying time: 23 ± 2 ℃: dry 1 hour, dry 24 hours, fully cured 3 days

 

Painting interval: 23 ± 2 ℃: the shortest 24 hours, the longest limit

 

Surface treatment: 1, steel surface after shot blasting or sandblasting and other methods to deal with, as the anti-rust primer coating surface to achieve the Swedish derusting standard Sa2.5 level.
